BAPTIST HEALTH adheres to a drug and smoke free work environment. A mandatory drug screen is administered as a part of the health assessment, after the job offer. A positive drug screen will result in the job offer being withdrawn. Smoking is not allowed on hospital grounds, including parking lots and in vehicles parked on the hospital grounds.
BAPTIST HEALTH does not permit denim clothing in the work setting. Tattoos must be covered by clothing. Body piercing is limited to two in the ear lobes. Personal appearance must be professional while at work and be within BAPTIST HEALTH Dress Code policy.
Education, licensures, experience and Social Security numbers/work authorization are verified. Failure to provide accurate and complete information will result in the job offered being rescinded.
Applicants are limited in the number of applications active during a 60 day period.
